By accessing the Jawaid Khaliq Boxing Academy ("JKBA") website at thejkba.com, enrolling in our masterclass, or using our Skool-hosted community, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
The JKBA Masterclass is a structured online boxing education program spanning Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced tiers. Progression between tiers requires a personal video assessment approved by Jawaid Khaliq MBE. The Intermediate and Advanced tiers are currently in development and marked as "coming soon"; availability is not guaranteed by any specific date.
Membership is offered as a monthly subscription. The Autumn Special rate of £29/month (discounted from the standard £69/month) is available for a limited time. When you join at the special rate, that price is locked for as long as your membership remains active. Billing is processed securely through Skool. You may cancel at any time with a single click inside your Skool billing dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current paid period.
To progress through the pathway you may submit short video clips of your technique for review. You are responsible for the content you upload and confirm you have the right to share it. JKBA reserves the right to decline progression if technique does not meet the required standard — this is a feature of the program, not a ground for refund, as it ensures genuine skill development.
Membership includes access to weekly live sessions hosted by Jawaid Khaliq MBE, where he breaks down fights, shares boxing insights, and answers questions. Live class schedules, frequency, and format may change over time. Sessions may be recorded and made available to members within the Skool portal.
You agree not to: share, resell, or redistribute course videos, meal plans, or assessment feedback outside your personal use; record or rebroadcast live classes publicly; harass other community members; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.
All course content — including videos, training materials, meal plans, stretching and recovery blueprints, logos, and branding — is the intellectual property of JKBA and Jawaid Khaliq MBE. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the content while your membership is active.
Boxing is a physically demanding sport. While our curriculum is designed by a world champion, individual results depend on your effort, consistency, physical condition, and adherence to the training. JKBA makes no guarantee of specific athletic outcomes, competitive success, or fitness results.
Always consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program. The meal plans and training provided are educational and not a substitute for personalized medical or dietary advice. You assume all risk of injury or harm from participating in boxing training.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Skool account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your membership at any time through Skool. Upon termination, your license to use the content ends immediately.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
